5) . A comfortable and reliable escalator design step system
The escalator design step system is the support and guiding mechanism of the step and step chain when it circulate in the structure frame. The system has a closed loop circuit. In order to form an integral part of these rails, we use side panels and some specially designed fasteners. The curved rail of the upper and lower head is welded on the side plate by the side plate welding machine, and then hanged into the structural frame in the Longmen tooling. The tooling ensures the accuracy of the step system, so that our escalator can have good running comfort and low noise.

8) . Strong and beautiful aluminum alloy clamping parts
Compared with the two piece steel plate bending and tightening form, the aluminum alloy clamping part is relatively stable and strong, and the glass is not easy to shake, and the structure is simple and beautiful, and the installation and disassembly is more convenient. The structure of aluminum alloy clamping parts has spring pretightening and 10mm thick tempered glass, which makes the armrest system more stable and reliable.
